Classroom Manager High, Middle and Elementary School Teacher

 

Department: Instructional
Overall responsibility: Responsible for the academic growth of each student in class
Key areas of responsibility: Facilitate learning. Prepare lesson plans and maintain accurate grade and attendance records. Build relationships with parents of students. Continue personal education by attending internal and external professional development activities
Skills and Attributes: Knowledge of Learning Centers and/or project-based learning Creative Ability to write lesson plans that meet state standards Working knowledge of multiple intelligence Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Power point, Internet-say) Dependable Flexible
Experience & Requirements:Minimum A.A. degree, prefer B.A. or higher Computer Literate Class One fingerprint clearance card

Provide the fullest possible educational opportunity for each student by minimizing illness, creating a climate of health, and well being.

Plan and promote a comprehensive school health program Administering Medications to students Take appropriate intervention, management and/or referral of all students Set-up Health Fairs including Vision & Dental Screenings Establish & maintain functional record keeping system
Skills and Attributes:Wise and gentle bed-side manner Organized Genuine liking for and ability to work effectively with children Computer literate Dependable Flexible
Experience & Requirements: ADN or BSN in nursing Must have a current nursing license A state issued Class One fingerprint clearance card 1-2 years working in pediatrics

Responsiblity Room Teacher
Overall responsibilities
Working closely with students, parents, faculty, staff, and school leaders to meet all school goals and student goals which involves contacting parents and building relationships with families to support positive student behavior. Working with students to develop positive student behaviors based on Omega's Character Education Curriculum ( ie.respect, self-discipline, compassion, and integrity etc.). Supervising and overseeing students assigned to the sweep room. Managing the entry of student behavior data using school records d Applying Omega's disciplinary consequences with consistency.

Food Service Manager

Department:
Food Services
Overall responsibility: Management of cafeteria including ordering food, menu planning and compiling lunch reports. Supervisor food service workers.
Key areas of responsibility: Maintain food handler's license. Prepare meals for students. Order food and milk supplies. Make sure work area is sanitary. Compile lunch report. Collection of lunch money. Skills and Attributes:Clean neat appearance Strong computer skills Ability to work with all levels of personnel, vendors, students and the public. Dependable and prompt Team player
Experience & Requirements:State issued Food Handler's license High School diploma Possess an AZ Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card 18 years and older

Salary Range:Depending on experience salary range ($13K - $20K). This is a full time position with three months (summers) off when the school is closed. All new hires have a 90-day probation period.
